What to Expect at our Mudbar Restaurant
Dining at Mudbar Restaurant reflects what is happening on the farm at that moment in time. The kitchen works closely with what is grown and raised on the property, allowing the menu to evolve naturally with the seasons.
Produce Grown With Purpose
Vegetables, herbs and livestock are cultivated with the restaurant in mind. Ingredients are harvested at their peak and prepared in ways that highlight their natural flavour.
Seasonal and Ingredient Focused
The menu is shaped by availability. When something is thriving on the farm, it takes centre stage. This approach ensures freshness, integrity and a genuine connection between paddock and plate.

Guests dining at Mudbar Restaurant are not separate from the land. The food is respectfully prepared and grounded in the earthy Tasmanian countryside.
